New marina

In May 2024, Topacz Investments Sp. z o.o. completed the construction of a new marina located at 70 Osobowicka Street in Wrocław. We warmly invite all boating enthusiasts to visit. Our new marina offers over 120 berths for yachts, motorboats, and houseboats. Additionally, starting July 1st, a new river cleaning vessel will be launched. This is the only such vessel in Lower Silesia and the first in Poland with electric propulsion. The batteries for this vessel are charged using energy produced by a specially designed container photovoltaic station. Topacz Investments Limited Liability Company is implementing a project entitled "Implementation of port services and cleaning of water bodies by Topacz Investments in the Wrocław area" under the Operational Program NORW.00.00.00 Priority Axis 19 Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021. Action 19.1 New Products and Investments Sub-action 19.1.2 Innovations in the field of inland or marine waters – Blue growth 2.

Project description: The project involves carrying out preparatory work preceding the installation of floating docks, the purchase and installation of floating docks with necessary equipment, creating port infrastructure on the Oder Waterway in Wrocław, and the purchase of a floating unit for cleaning water bodies.

Project objective: The project aims to implement significantly improved port services by providing mooring places and a new service involving the cleaning of the Oder River's surface.

Project value: The total cost of project implementation is PLN 5 259 267,21, including co-financing of PLN 3 420 720,00.

On December 21, 2023, a press conference was held at Topacz Castle in Wrocław, focusing on the presentation of a project implemented by Topacz Investments Sp. z o.o. in collaboration with the Norwegian Funds. The project manager, Piotr Niżyński, led the conference, discussing the details of the initiative titled "Implementation by Topacz Investments of port services and cleaning services of water bodies in the Wrocław area" as part of the Operational Program NORW.00.00.00, Priority Axis 19 Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021, Action 19.1 New Products and Investments, Sub-measure 19.1.2 Innovations in inland or marine waters - Blue growth 2. The total project implementation cost is 5 259 267,21 PLN, of which the grant amount is 3 420 720,00 PLN.

This project aims not only to improve port infrastructure but also to care for the environment through the cleaning of water bodies. Activities

Every day, we undertake new initiatives and projects aimed at expanding port infrastructure and cleaning up waters along the Oder Waterway in Wrocław. Our organization is constantly involved in developing innovative methods and collaborating with partners.

Currently, floating piers are taking on their final appearance, and tests and measurements of 70 power pedestals are underway. Containers covered with photovoltaic panels are being installed, powering the newly established marina. Their combined power output exceeds 25 kW.

We strive for sustainable development that will benefit both current and future generations. We are proud of our achievements so far in the Blue Growth project, but we do not rest on our laurels. Our work is an ongoing process, constantly seeking new solutions and initiatives. With our determination and commitment, we believe that together we will achieve positive changes and contribute to the protection of the aquatic environment and the expansion of port services.

Norway grants

The Norwegian funds and EEA funds represent Norway's contribution to building a green, competitive, and socially integrated Europe. Through the Norwegian and EEA funds, Norway contributes to reducing social and economic inequalities and strengthening bilateral relations with beneficiary countries in Central and Southern Europe and the Baltic Sea region. Norway closely collaborates with the EU under the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA). Along with other donors, Norway has contributed 3.3 billion euros through successive fund programs from 1994 to 2014. The Norwegian funds are exclusively financed by Norway and are available in countries that joined the EU after 2003. The Norwegian funds for the period 2014-2021 amount to 1.25 billion euros. The priorities for this period include:
